Tests

"Some common indicators and their possible interpretations are presented below:
Age first left home. Leaving home at an unusually early age could be indicative of a troubled childhood/adolescene. This, in turn could lead to a diminished ability to behave responsibility in society.
church attendance. Those who are not brought up by church-going homes are often thought to be lacking a strong moral foundation. Needless to say this would be a strike against you.
3. Grade attained in school. Dropping out of school could indicate 'mental laziness' and/or difficulty in dealing with authority figures.
4. Grades attained in school. Even if you do graduate, poor grades could be seen as a sign of mental laziness.
5. Mobility of parents...It is impossible to form roots in a community, and social interactions are reduced to a never-ending circle of leaving old friends behind and trying to make new ones.
6. Mobility of self. If you move of an adult, you 'll be looked down on.
7. School misconduct. A biggie. The inability to behave in school is a sure-fire indicator that you may not be able to behave in the real world.
Steadiness of employment. Another biggie. If your work history reflects a lot of short-term jobs with numerous employers, you may be labeled as 'flighty' (or incompetent) and therefore, a poor hiring risk.
9. Prior criminal records."
"Keep in mind that the interpretations presented above are not valid for all individuals. In fact, one of the major criticisms of bio data tests is that they reduce people to statistical types and cannot truly individualize or take uniqueness into account."

This is what Charles said.
